Empirian Property Management Inc. would like to take a moment to inform you of a change in schedule for our apartment communities during the month of April. Please note that our offices will be closed on the following days:
Thursday, April 9
Friday, April 10
Wednesday, April 15
Thursday, April 16
We wish to bring these dates to your attention in order to help you to better plan for any maintenance requests or issues which you may wish to discuss with the office personnel. We hope this will provide you with the notice you need, in order for you schedule your requests and needs and still allow your property staff to provide you with the high quality of service and timely response you have come to expect.
Other than the changes indicated above, you can expect your community business office to maintain their normal office hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.
Please contact your community business office Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. if you have any questions.

Paws Atlanta Pets For Adoption, June 20th from 10am -2pm
These are some of the wonderdul pets will be available at the pet adoption from Paws Atlanta!!!!!
Come out and join us for a fun-filled day of activities at the Pet Adoption Event on June 20th from 10am - 2pm and meet your new best friend. Our dogs can be viewed at www.pawsatlanta.org and you can even apply for one online prior to the adoption day! Adoption fees are typically $175 and include spay/neuter, all vaccines, heartworm tests/treatment if necessary and temperament testing. You can also donate to our organization or sign up to become an adult or youth volunteer. See you there! If you are a resident at Waterford Landing – pet fees will be waived on any pets adopted that day!
